Delays caused by missing or inaccurate customer information may affect delivery times.

  1. Live Consultations

Live consultations are scheduled by mutual agreement following purchase.

Customers are responsible for attending their appointments at the agreed-upon time and ensuring they have a suitable internet connection and access to the required meeting platform.

Rescheduling and cancellation arrangements will be communicated according to the policy applicable to the purchased service.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

Once preparation of a personalized reading has started, the purchase becomes nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

For scheduled live Zoom consultations, cancellation requests must be received before preparation has begun to qualify for a refund. Requests to reschedule will be considered based on availability.

If Amethyst Ascension is unable to fulfill a purchased service, the customer will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule, as appropriate.
