Please provide only information relevant to your request. Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information, and do not send payment card details through email, contact forms, or reading questions.

Payments and Express Checkout

Payments are processed through WooPayments in partnership with Stripe. Information needed to process and support transactions may be shared with these providers, including billing and contact information, order amounts, transaction details, and technical information used for authentication and fraud prevention.

Payment card details are handled by the payment providers. I do not receive or keep your full card number or card security code in my personal client files.

WooPay is enabled as an optional express checkout service. If you choose to save or use your information through WooPay, it can store payment and address information to make future purchases easier across participating stores. A WooPay account is separate from a customer account on this website.

PayPal

PayPal is available as an additional payment option. When you choose PayPal, information needed to process and support your payment may be shared with PayPal, including your name, contact and billing details, order information, and purchase total. PayPal processes information under its own Privacy Statement:

Customer Accounts and Orders

You may purchase as a guest or choose to create an account through the available checkout options.

Customer accounts store information needed to manage orders and make future purchases more convenient. Account holders can access available order history and update account details through the My Account page.

If you request a password reset, your IP address may be included in the reset email.

WooCommerce also provides store reports about orders, sales, and performance.

Tax Calculations

If automated tax calculation is used for your order, WooCommerce Tax and its providers may process relevant order values and destination or address information to calculate taxes. WooCommerce’s documentation identifies TaxJar as a provider for this function.

Comments, Reviews, and Spam Protection

When you leave a comment or product review, the website collects the submitted information and may collect your IP address and browser information for spam detection and security.

Your displayed name, comment or review, rating, and associated profile image may be publicly visible. Please do not include private birth information or other confidential details in public comments or reviews.

Product reviews require a star rating. A verified-owner label may identify reviews associated with a purchase.

Akismet checks submissions for spam. Information processed may include the submission itself, name, email address, website address, IP address, browser information, and referring page.

An anonymized string derived from your email address may be sent to Gravatar to check for a profile image. An associated image may appear with an approved comment.

Journal Subscriptions

If you subscribe to journal updates through WordPress.com, your email address and subscription information are processed to manage and deliver those updates. The provider may also process technical information to prevent spam and abuse.

I can view subscriber email addresses and subscription status, including confirmation and paused status.

You can unsubscribe or manage your subscription through the options provided in subscription emails or your WordPress.com settings. Subscribing to journal updates does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated promotional email lists.

Cookies and Website Statistics

This website and its service providers use cookies and similar technologies for functions such as maintaining shopping carts, account login, checkout, security, and remembering preferences.

If you choose to save your details when commenting, cookies may remember your name, email address, and website. Login cookies may remember your session and preferences.

WordPress.com/Jetpack Stats is used to understand visits, page views, referrals, link clicks, search terms where available, approximate countries, and device or browser information.

Automattic may process technical information such as IP addresses, referring URLs, timestamps, and WordPress.com identifiers for logged-in visitors. The statistics available to me generally summarize activity rather than identify individual visitors.

You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect account, shopping cart, or checkout functionality. Video Reading Delivery, Privacy, and Retention

Personal video readings are uploaded to YouTube and shared privately by invitation whenever possible. Private viewing requires you to sign in to the Google account associated with the invited email address.

If private delivery is not possible, an unlisted video may be provided with your agreement. Anyone with an unlisted video’s link can view and reshare it. Adding it to a public playlist may make it publicly discoverable. Please keep your link confidential if you wish to limit access.

Videos have no scheduled deletion date, but permanent or lifetime availability is not guaranteed. Access may end because of platform changes, account closure, or circumstances that prevent Amethyst Ascension from continuing to maintain the service.

You may request removal of your reading from my YouTube channel by contacting support@amethystascension.com. Once uploaded, I delete the video from my computer and do not retain a local backup. Removal therefore ends access through the original link, and I may be unable to restore it.

Astrology charts are retained separately on my password-protected personal computer for reference when clients return. You may contact me to request deletion of your chart.

YouTube is a third-party hosting service. Private and unlisted settings restrict public visibility but do not prevent Google/YouTube from processing content under its policies.

External Websites

This website currently provides links to YouTube and other external websites. Following a link takes you to a service governed by its own privacy practices.

If embedded content is added, its provider may collect information when the content loads or is used. This policy will be updated to reflect material changes.

Who Can Access Information

I am the person who accesses and manages personal client files for Amethyst Ascension.

Service providers also process information needed to operate the website, email communications, payments, subscriptions, spam protection, applicable tax calculations, and video delivery. These include Automattic services, Stripe, Google/YouTube, PayPal and the email providers used to send and receive correspondence.

Information may also be disclosed when legally required or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.

I do not sell client contact lists, birth information, or personal reading details.

Security

Client charts stored on my personal computer are password-protected, and access to those files is limited to me. Website information is also handled through the security systems of the hosting and service providers.

No online service or storage method can guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects personal information, I will assess it and take appropriate steps, including any notifications required by applicable law.

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

You may contact support@amethystascension.com to ask about your information or request access, correction, an available export, deletion, or removal of a hosted reading.

Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

I may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information may need to be retained for accounting, legal obligations, security, or resolving disputes. Where a request cannot be fully fulfilled, I will explain the applicable reason.

International Processing

Amethyst Ascension operates in the United States. Information may be processed or stored in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
