What Is an Abundance Check?
An abundance check is a symbolic check you write to yourself—or to your business—as an expression of an intention.
You choose the recipient, amount, and purpose. Completing those fields gives you an opportunity to consider what you want to welcome into your life and why it matters to you.
For some people, this is part of a manifestation practice. For others, it is a visual reminder of a goal they are actively working toward. You can bring your own beliefs and approach to the exercise.
The heading, “Infinite Abundance from the Universe,” invites you to imagine possibilities while remaining open to the opportunities, relationships, ideas, and actions that may support your growth.
What Is Included?
This free download contains one printable page with three individual checks, numbered:

Each check includes spaces for:
- The date.
- Your name or business name.
- A numerical amount.
- The amount written in words.
- The purpose of the check.
- A signature.

How to Use Your Abundance Check
1. Decide What You Want to Support
Before filling in the check, take a moment to consider your purpose.
Are you setting an intention for a creative business? Saving toward a meaningful project? Working toward greater stability? Giving yourself permission to pursue something you have postponed?
Be as honest and specific as you can. Consider what the money would make possible, as well as the amount itself.
2. Date Your Check
Write the date of your practice.
You might choose the beginning of a month, a meaningful anniversary, or the day you commit to a new goal. If lunar ritual is part of your practice, you can incorporate the check into that work.
There is no required date. Choose a moment that feels meaningful to you.
3. Write the Recipient’s Name
In the “Pay to the Order of” field, write your name or the name of the business you are focusing on.
Let this be a moment of acknowledging what you are willing to work toward and receive.
4. Choose an Amount
Write your chosen amount in the dollar box, then write the same amount in words on the line beneath it.
You might choose a specific savings goal, a business milestone, or an amount connected to a particular project. Select something that helps you focus your intention.
5. Give It a Purpose
Use the “For” line to name what this abundance would support.
For example:
- Bringing a creative project into the world.
- Building a more stable foundation.
- Growing a business with purpose.
- Creating a welcoming home.
- Making space for rest, learning, or meaningful experiences.
Your purpose gives the exercise personal meaning.
6. Sign With Intention
Sign the check in a way that fits your practice. You might use your own signature as a commitment to your goal, or a symbolic signature such as “The Universe.”
Pause and consider one practical step you can take in support of what you have written.
Make It Part of Your Practice
Place your completed check in your journal, on a vision board, beside your workspace, or within an altar arrangement.
You could pair it with a written reflection:
What does abundance mean to me beyond this amount?
What opportunities am I willing to notice or pursue?
What action can I take this week?
You might also record how your intention changes over time. A completed check can become a reminder of a commitment, a milestone, or a possibility you chose to take seriously.
Abundance Can Be Deeply Personal
A beautiful life does not have to look the same for everyone.
For one person, abundance may mean a home beside a quiet lake. For another, it may mean reliable income, a fulfilling creative practice, time with loved ones, or the ability to give without exhausting themselves.
